Berry High: Making Cannabis-Infused Raspberry Cobbler

Hi, Keira from Ambrosia here to wish you a happy 4/20! As you’re well aware, 4/20 is a day where the cannabis community celebrates our support and enthusiasm for marijuana. It’s essentially a holiday for stoners and you never want to show up empty handed to a holiday party. There are many go-to baking recipes to get you baked, don’t do just another boring brownie. Make something special #OnThis420.   

It’s with great joy that I present my special 420 episode: Berry High, Cannabis-Infused Raspberry Cobbler! It’s a simple and deliciously sweet recipe that will have everyone craving for another slice.

Before we send this 420 to the next level, we’re going to need a few things:



  • 2 cups frozen raspberries
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 6 tablespoons butter, melted
  • Sweetened whipped cream (optional)
  • 4 teaspoons Cannabis infused oil (100mg)


  • Medium Bowl
  • Whisk
  • Measuring Cup
  • 8-inch Baking Pan
  • Cutting Board
  • Rubber Spatula

**Serving size dosage: 15m each**


Got all that? Alright, let’s get baked and baking!


Step 1: Place Raspberries in Pan


Preheat oven to 375 F. While we’re waiting for the oven to heat up, place frozen raspberries in a lightly greased 8-inch baking pan. Make sure to evenly spread across the pan. Next, lightly cover raspberries with lemon juice and our cannabis infused oil.


Step 2: Making the Crumble


Now let’s make the crumble crust. Combine large egg, sugar, and flour in a medium bowl. Stir until the mixture resembles coarse meal. Add more water and flour as needed to reach desired consistency.


Step 3: Sprinkle Crumble over Raspberries


Now that our raspberries are in place and our crumble is done, let’s bring them together! Sprinkle crumble mixture over raspberries. Make sure your crumble evenly spreads over the top of the raspberries so it can stabilize the cobbler as it bakes. Some of the crumble will fall in between the raspberries, but don’t worry, we want a bit of it to mix in with the fruit. Now drizzle the melted butter over the crumble topping. Next, sprinkle a light layer of sugar as the final topping. The sugar will stabilize while baking, adding additional sweetness and caramelizing the crust.


Step 4: Bake


Alright, now that we have our perfect crumble on top of our fresh raspberries, let’s get to baking! Place in oven for 40 to 45 minutes. Let’s meet back here in a few.

Welcome back! Your cobbler should be done baking. Let’s take a look. Yep, looking good. You can tell by how the bread crumble is light brown and caramelized. Remove from the oven and let the cobbler cool for 15 minutes.
