Florida Marijuana Laws — Right To Try Act Amendment Passes

| 1

As discussed in previous articles here, the Florida legislature has just passed an amendment to the Right to Try Act which will allow terminally ill patients in Florida to legally buy and use even euphoric strains of marijuana from a licensed Florida dispensary (if prescribed by an approved Florida marijuana doctor). Governor Rick Scott is expected to sign the bill into law. This is great news to many suffering Floridians and their families and is the most significant expansion of the availability of medical marijuana in Florida. We will be publishing a more detailed article this weekend as to exactly what this new Florida marijuana law would entail.

As always, we here at the Florida Medical Marijuana Directory will keep you posted.
